This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and related rules. We undertake to keep cardholder information secure and not to violate the privacy of customers who transact on this site.

We respond to privacy and customer enquiries within one (1) business day.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password hash, and access codes we issue.
• Billing records: plan chosen, credits purchased, payment status, and Flutterwave payment references. We do not store full card numbers, expiry dates, or CVC codes.
• Studio usage: session length and credits deducted from your own account.
• Support messages you send through the contact form.
• Device unlock markers stored in your browser for this machine.
• Reference images you upload in the studio, kept on the device you use unless you send them during a live session.

Camera and live sessions

The webcam stays on your device until you start a live transform. During a live session, camera frames are processed to produce the output feed. We do not sell your camera footage. Do not upload images of people who have not agreed to be used as a reference.

Why we use data

• to create and secure your account;
• to deliver credits after Flutterwave confirms payment;
• to meter live transform against your own credit balance;
• to answer support requests within one business day;
• to prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
• to meet Nigerian law and payment-scheme rules.

Payments (Flutterwave)

Checkout is processed by Flutterwave. Flutterwave receives the payment details needed to complete the charge. Their use of that data is described in Flutterwave’s own privacy notice. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and identifiers needed to credit the correct IMSI-TECH HUB account.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• Flutterwave, to process checkout and prevent payment fraud;
• infrastructure providers that host this website and app, under contract;
• regulators or law enforcement when Nigerian law requires it.

Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Admin tools use a separate server token. Checkout card data is handled by Flutterwave, which maintains PCI DSS compliance for card processing. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; we take reasonable steps to protect account and billing records.

Retention

We keep account and payment records while the account is open and as long as tax, fraud, or legal rules require after that. You may ask us to close an account by emailing imsitech3@gmail.com.

Your rights

Subject to the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us at the details above. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Children

IMSI-TECH HUB is for adults and professional teams. Do not create an account or pay if you are under 18.

Updates

We may update this policy. The effective date will change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
