These terms govern your use of the IMSI-TECH HUB website, Windows app, live studio, and credit plans. By creating an account, paying for credits, or using the studio, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund, Cancellation, and Delivery Policy.

Who we are

IMSI-TECH HUB is a live visual studio at https://streamhubcam.xyz. You can swap the person on camera, try garments in realtime, and stream the output. We are based in Lagos, Nigeria.

The service

IMSI-TECH HUB sells prepaid studio credits for live transform. Credits are a digital product delivered to your account after successful payment. Live transform uses 2.5 credits per second. New accounts start at zero credits until you subscribe or we add credits to your account.

• Realtime character swap using a saved reference face.
• Virtual try-on using a garment image or outfit description.
• Optional scene backgrounds on Studio plans (2,000 credits) and above.
• Windows app with a virtual camera for calling apps.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password private. Studio access may be locked to a machine with an access code. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account’s credits cannot be used by another account.

Checkout and Flutterwave

Payments are processed by Flutterwave. When you pay, you are redirected to or complete checkout through Flutterwave. We do not store your full card number, expiry, or CVC on IMSI-TECH HUB servers. Cardholder data is handled by Flutterwave under their terms and PCI DSS obligations. By paying, you also accept Flutterwave’s applicable terms for the payment session.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Your bank or Flutterwave may convert the charge to naira or another currency. Credits are added to the paying account as soon as Flutterwave confirms a successful payment.

Acceptable use

You may not use the studio to:

• break the law or anyone’s rights, including likeness and copyright;
• create sexual content involving minors, or other illegal imagery;
• attack, probe, or disrupt our systems or other users;
• share your account or resell credits without our written consent.

We may suspend an account that violates these rules or presents a fraud or security risk.

Availability

The studio depends on live processing and your internet connection. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted sessions. Outages, device limits, or network quality can affect output.

Cardholder security

We undertake to protect the privacy of customers who pay on this site and not to misuse cardholder information. Checkout security is provided by Flutterwave. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle account data.

Liability

The studio is provided as a professional preview tool. Output is not a substitute for a finished production render. To the extent allowed by Nigerian law, IMSI-TECH is not liable for indirect loss, lost bookings, or data you choose to upload. Our liability for a paid pack is limited to the amount you paid for unused credits on that pack.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lagos State, without limiting any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
